How would you describe helping people to grow? How would you apply it?
Think about how you’ve grown most over the course of your career or life in general. You likely had leaders who trusted and empowered you, others who listened and inspired you to think about who are/what you love/what you want to do, and those who pushed to beyond your limits while providing the support required for failure to be instructive rather than destructive. These are the behaviors that promote growth; and these are the behaviors I help leaders appreciate and develop.
What do you consider as the key to success when communicating with your audience?
Today’s readers crave authenticity, accessibility, and applicability. They want content that makes their lives easier – content that’s well-conceived and simply (and efficiently) presented. They want straightforward information that adds value to them – not marketing hooks masquerading as editorial content. And they want information that’s actionable… something they can try out and do differently immediately. This is what I aspire to offer my readers.
What would the world look like if you realized your vision – In your opinion: who would benefit, and who would suffer?
Every employee would be passionately engaged in their work, learning and growing each day as they enhance their value to the organization and the organization’s value to the world.
