I’ve had an unexpected journey that led me down the path of “foodpreneurship” - it started with a passion for food, and has grown and continues to be the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. At the age of 23, just after finishing my degree in marketing, I moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and opened a restaurant with my two best friends. I started a business from the ground up in a country where I didn’t speak the language, in an industry I knew nothing about. I did it because I believed in an idea I was passionate about. And mainly because I was naive enough to believe that it could actually work! Having a supportive network and the right resources can make all the difference if you're starting a business. And providing that is my goal: sharing my knowledge and experiences with like-minded food lovers hoping to partake in a similar journey of transforming their passion into a profitable and successful business!
