New York is definitely the most Vibrant city…
I get so much Inspiration from New York, as I have this feeling that everybody feel free to express themselves, I could feel that, in a cafe terrace or by a window on a snowing day, and observe the Diversity of people walking by, each one carrying their own style and culture.
New York is the city that never sleeps, with a wide awakening of all senses.
Smells and sounds, are in every corner.
Here is a list of things you can do in 24 Hours, and get the best out of it.
First, I always stay at the Mandarin, oriental for its fabulous view of Manhattan that is beyond description.
Yoga Class for fighting Jet Lag
When Coming from Europe, I always wake up very early with the jet lag.
Sarting my day with a yoga class is the best option to Bounce my energy back and open my senses to obserb the Greatness of New York.
I suggest the Iyengar Yoga Institute.
Bon-Bon Salon
Everywhere I go, I look for a great Hair Dresser Salon, and in New York, I found the one that fits me, So after my Yoga Class, I went to Bon-Bon Salon, the one that is in Lexington Avenue, if you go there, ask for Sam, for washing, you won’t be deceived ! And my Hair dresser is Julian.
Brunch at Harry Cipriani
I was feeling good after having my Hair done, and I wanted a great place where to have a Brunch, so I automatically thought about the Cipriani’s, located in 781, 5th Avenue, where I had a very Delicious Brunch with the most Elegant Families of New York.
Lunch in the Modern
If you prefer Lunch instead of Late Brunch, I suggest the Modern Restaurant at the MoMA, where you will savor refined, contemporary cooking overlooking MoMA’s Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. It is a real Delight !

MoMA, Museum of Modern Art
MoMA is a must visit while in New York, I can’t miss a walk through the inspiring and extraordinary exhibitions over there.
Shopping at Bleecker Street
Bleeker Street is my Favorite Shopping place, I like its architecture; shops are pretty and I always find whatever I want there…
The Mark Restaurant
To finish my day, I opt for a Drink and a Dinner at the Mark Restaurant, situated in the Mark Hotel, with the Award-winning Chef Jean Georges !
Here are some of my picks…
The Crispy Sushi, that is great for starter, its texture melts in the mouth, as it has salmon, tuna, scallop, hamachi and avocado plus a Mint Flavor… it is very yummy!
Then I had the Beef Tenderloin, with smooth parsnips, roasted brussels sprouts, miso mustard, and which is fabulous to mix with a Glass of Bordeaux.
