Weight to Gain or to Lose?
That you try to gain weight or to lose a little of weight, a good distribution of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, will allow you to manage your body perfectly.
We don’t give you the dosage nor the percentage of distribution, to calibrate them according to your lifestyle, objective and genetic! Learn to listen to your body! On the other hand I can share my experience(experiment) with you!
What brings the body to be burned with some fat, it is mainly a calorie deficit
* Prepare what you eat! (Attention the sugar and the salt are everywhere)
* Reduce your contribution of energy (that is by eating less, or by eating food less loaded in calories).
* Increase your energy consumption (add a physical activity) But do not bet everything on the sport!
You risk ” A waste of time + disappointment “. I do not generalize, I do not say that the other methods does not walk(work) but I share my experience(experiment)
* No privative and depressing diet(regime) (Effect yoyo + disappointment)
* Set a practicable and logical goal!
* Avoid making a D-day during your program, it is the healthy and long-lasting(sustainable) lifestyle which we want
* Be patient and so it works do not especially try to accelerate things change especially nothing you be on the right track!
