Thai shrimp noodles is a fresh, warm, spicy, and delicious meal to have. It’s variety in vegetables, carbs, and fish is great for energy, and it is extremely quick to make. What makes it all the better is that you can add it to your diet based meals, as there is a light version!
1 pound of shrimp
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and black pepper
8 ounces of Thai noodles
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of light peanut butter
½ teaspoon of red pepper, flaked
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Vegetables of choice, such as carrots or green onions
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic
1- Cook Thai noodles in a separate pot
2- While the noodles are boiling, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vegetable oil, peanut butter, and red chili flakes together and whisk.
3- Stir fry vegetables, olive oil, garlic, and shrimp in a separate pan.
4- Add noodles to the pan once cooked.
5- Stir in sauce made in the beginning
6- Let it cool a bit then enjoy!
