1. Jump meals to lose weight faster.
2. Eat differently to other members of the family.
3. Refuse the invitations and the exits (releases) to the restaurant.
4. Refrain yourself from food.
5. Weigh your food.
6. Weigh yourself every day.
7. Matter (count) only on a diet (regime) to improve its silhouette.
7 good reflexes:
1. Respect the number and the frequency of your meals, by eating at regular hours. The hunger and the hardship represent most great dangers in a diet.
2. Live normally. Eat squeaky clean and clear rests on the food balance. It can be adapted to all the family. Watch only the proportions.
3. Manage the situations. When you are invited or when you go to the restaurant, adjust your plate or your menu. Now that you know how to recognize the various qualities of food, to you to choose them better and to make the good associations.
4. Adduce the greed and keep your favorite food. Limit only their quantity and their frequency. A gap a week will not slow down your loss of weight, but will encourage you.
