Being a Mayshad Woman with a busy life, duties, an inspiring work and in my case two beautiful daughters, does not mean that I give up on my social life. I enjoy socializing and having an after work drink with friends and relatives. But, sometimes I can extend it later than expected.
Overpassing my curefew, should not ruin my following day; as I often have a business meeting the next morning, or another mommy day with my daughter.
If I decide to party, I always make sure to follow these three main tips in order to “party smart” without having any regrets the next day.
Eating both early and healthy will help me get the right energy but also allows me to resist eating junk food later in the evening.
Choosing carefully my drink
I like to eat my calories rather than drink them. Wines and champagne are what I go by. If I ever feel like going for a cocktail then I add some fresh fruits in my drinks rather than going for saturated syrups.
The final and most important tip; is to stop drinking anything but water at least one hour before going to sleep. I do not want to wake up in the middle of the night with a sensation of being dehydrated. Usually I switch to Tea which helps me sleep very well!
