Moroccan Biscotti are dry and crunchy biscuits.
Sweet, they are served along with a morning coffee or afternoon tea.
2 Cups of Flower oat
1 Cup of Oil
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Tea Spoon of baking powder
1 Cup of Almonds
1 Cup of Raisins
1 Cup of Dried Prunes
1 Cup of Dried Apricots
1- Cut into thin and small slices all the dry Ingredients.
2- Combine them and set aside.
3- In a large bowl, mix together oil and sugar until well blended.
4- Add the flower, the sugar and baking powder.
5- Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
6- Mix it until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
7- Divide dough in half. Form two logs (12×2 inches) on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
8- Put in the Fridge for 1 Hour.
9- Preheat Oven to 300 Degree F.
10- Use a long serrated knife and slice into wide and small slices.
11- Bake until firm and dry, about 40 minutes.
12- Remove from Oven, Cool 10 Minutes, and Serve.
