A classic Moroccan parsley garlic soup is sure to cure any ailments. This soup can be made in large batches and frozen to save for when needed. It is used as a homemade recipe against the flu, also as a local homemade substitute against the Flu and to prevent from Cold Days!
La’Hasu Moroccan Soup
Ingredients:
12 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup Semolina flour
4 minced garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley, stemmed and chopped
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1- Boil the 12 cups water in a large pot.
2- Stir in the flour and oil.
3- Let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
4- Add the garlic, parsley, and salt, and stir.
5- Allow soup to simmer for 4 more minutes.
6- Serve!
