Juicing is one of the best ways to lose the extra pounds! Incorporating juice as a part of your lifestyle is nothing but beneficial. But one advice, make sure to use a good machine instead of a blender which will take a longer time. And these are my favorite juicing recipes;

The Green Diuretic
This one gathers green ingredients only;
- 1 medium cucumber
- 3 stalks of celery
- Couple of handfuls spinach
- And we add to it 1 carrot and a green apple for sweetness
Juice first the green apple, spinach, cucumber, celery and finally carrots

The bitter fruity
The advantage of this drink is that it reduces your appetite if you drink before each meal and it contains grapefruit which is highly known for its uses for weight loss.
- Pink Grapefruit
- Lime
- Natural unsweetened cranberry juice
- Cranberries
Mix all the ingredients together, depending on how much you feel like drinking

Smoothie Juice Combo
- Half a medium sized pineapple (without the skin)
- 1 pear
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 large cucumber
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 avocado
Chop the pineapple into quarters, juice it. Then juice the pear, spinach, celery and cucumber aside. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the meaty part and add it to the blender. Once the texture gets smooth, add the juice to it and blend.
