Can you please share with the Mayshad audience who is Jazz Tan Yee Mei ?
Inspired by the tragic events of my father’s murder, I started YouthsToday in 2013. It all started as a marketing platform to help event organizers reach a mass audience. With Over 80,000 youth members servicing over 100 Colleges, Corporate Brands, Media, & Government Leaders in Malaysia, YouthsToday.com packages everything an event organizer needs into a single website. In the year of 2015, I was honored to receive an award for being among 10 Most Impactful Young Leaders. In 2017, Forbes cited me as one of their top millenials out of 30 Under the age of 30 in Asia. My personal mission in life is to impact and inspire youths so they can contribute to the society and to the economy. My objective is to help get kids off the streets by putting them in youth development programs. YouthsToday matches student projects online with brand sponsors such as Sony and KFC, and monetizes by taking a small cut of the sponsorship amounts. The platform has over 50,000 users and recently raised $250,000 from Gobi Partners. I am looking to expand YouthsToday from Malaysia to other Southeast Asia markets.
