Can you please describe yourself in few words?
I am a happy woman of spirit – driven by curiosity to dig deeper through compassion and creativity!
What is your mission in this life?
My mission is to empower women to reconnect with themselves through a calm mind and creativity.
I have created a wellness company focused on helping you enjoy life! Our creative resources and products will guide you toward more calm, clarity, creativity and confidence in all aspects of your life.
According to you, how can we inspire others?
We can inspire one another by starting with ourselves! By focusing on being the best version of you, it becomes the greatest gift you can give to others.
Through this journey it is important to recognize that others are on their own unique journey, reconnecting to their own uniqueness!
Lifting one another up and working together truly is the most incredible opportunity to realize success and confidence.
Tell us about your own personal path of empowerment.
My path to empowerment started at a very young age inspired by a passion to create, explore and thereby design a life to be inspired by.
This path took me around the world. I realized a dream of opening an award-winning design company in London UK. Travelling provided me a wonderful lens of a further understanding of what was happening in the world. I also spent many years helping children with autism, as a way to take a break and connect through relationships and creativity.
My other goal was to have a family with a loving husband and two wonderful children.
These were my dreams and it was all there; but for some reason I was not fulfilled. My incredible sprint through life had taken its toll and had stated to impact my overall health.
As I looked around at my own disconnect, fuelled by my demanding pace, and pressures that I’d placed on myself; I realized this was not just something I alone was experiencing, but so many other women were also caught up in the same empty cycle of busyness. They too were in a place of disconnection and emptiness in a life that that really has much to offer. This was a pivotal point and the beginning of my journey to reconnection through self- care and creativity.
I started by slowing down and began to doodle. This was not about drawing. It was about thinking, losing myself in a therapeutic and relaxing space. It very much was a mindful meditation. It was a journey to slow down and really start living life rather than just being. I relearned how to take the time to just be with me, to love me, to be curious with me, to have fun with me and to just be with me. I learned how to check in with myself and not feel guilty. I still work every day toward greater clarity.
Now I help others unearth their own calm & creativity. They too can learn to bring quietness to mind (even for five minutes), using the new applied approach designed from my own calm, clarity, creativity and confidence!
