Eating Green is a way for me to stay healthy! Green Beans are a good green type of vegetables that I enjoy eating a lot. But I do not like them when they become lean or when they turn brown. When cooking them it is important for me to keep them crispy. To do so, there are some steps that I learned from a good friend, and that I follow for years now and that I’m not ready to change, because it perfectly gives me the end result that I love!
Put water on medium heat fire, once it starts boiling put in it your green beans for no longer than 7mns. After that rinse it with cold water, this will help your green beans keep crispy and their color will stay green. Put it on a plate and season it with a little bit of Salt, pepper, parsley and olive oil and your side dish is ready to be served.
