During the different discussions of recruitment which I organise, a question often returns: how to make a success of my next work experience in firm?
In this question which seems rather simple, I offer you an answer rather complicated: Be happy!
Let’s begin our sales talk with an extract of a film which I love!

Contrary to negative emotions which launch the single type of reaction, positive emotions enlarge our directory of actions. And by enlarging our field of possibles, they improve our creativity, our relations with others and develop our psychological resources.
They augment as a result our aptitude to succeed.
More precisely, Barbara L. Fredrickson identified 10 positive emotions: joy, love, thankfulness, admiration, inspiration, serenity, interest, hope, pride and entertainment. The problem of positive emotions it is because they are rather discreet. They don’t “howl ” as anger or fright. They whisper and can therefore pass easily unobserved.
This especially since it had to bloom, according to the «ratio of positivity» to define, to feel on average 3 positive emotions for 1 negative emotion.
