Peaches are a summer staple, and this healthy sorbet is the perfect way to enjoy a sweet treat on a hot day!
5 medium-size ripe peaches
2 Tablespoons raw honey
¼ cup Almond Milk Coconut Milk Vanilla, unsweetened
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1- Remove pits from peaches.
2- Dice the peaches into 1 cubes.
3- Place peach pieces into a freezer bag and freeze overnight.
4- Remove from freezer and place into food processor.
5- Add honey, almond milk, and lemon zest.
6- Blend mixture until smooth.
7- Pour the sorbet into a freezer safe container and freeze for four hours.
8- Serve and enjoy!
