Let me tell you today about the bad calories that need to be avoided as soon as possible!
Let’s talk about food which our body does not recognize!
These nutriments may be in the artificial diet, enormously distorted, either by an industrial process of refining, or by cooking or by an addition of chemicals of synthesis additives.
Bad Calories are also in fruits, vegetables and plants that lost their natural state of origin.
Besides destroying almost all of the nourishing potential of our food, these processes of transformation and refining are going to create artificial food which are not registered in our genetics and which our body does not recognize.
Here is a small list of this food with bad calories:
- Products and nutriments with white sugar.
- Products and nutriments with sophisticated flours: pastas, croissants, industrial cakes, sweet morning cereals.
- Chips and aperitifs.
- Sauces and dehydrated soups.
- Products and nutriments with cow’s milk UHT (ultra high temperature!) or pasteurized: milk, butter, cheeses, yoghurts…
- Cans of food with additives.
- Sweet or pasteurized Alcoholic drinks.
- Fruits juice sweetened with concentrated, nectars of fruit.
- Industrial Jam.
- Already cooked industrial dishes: ravioli, lasagnas, the chinese noodles.
- Junk Food.
Be careful: This food does not correspond to our physiological needs, which means to the needs of our body. We can eat them but they will cause on the long term an enormous imbalance for our body and will generate a lot of pathologies among which the overweight and the obesity.
It is important to note that food is not the only factor responsible of our well being and good health. The quality of our sleep, the level of stress, physical activity, our environment, as well as our social well-being are also very important…
