I’ve always loved eating dark chocolate from a very young age.
I use it in my cakes, milkshakes, cookies and many other sweet recipes. It is obvious that is made from the seed of the cocoa tree, and very famous for its antioxidants. It is my favorite.
And, not only do I love it for its intense taste, but also for all its healthy benefits that it brings to the human body.
Brain – Dark
Dark chocolate helps blood and oxygen reach some important areas of the brain, which fight your fatigue and aging effects.
Eyes – Dark
It’s a fact that many don’t know; dark chocolate enhances eyesight such as detecting motions or reading contrast letters.
Dark chocolate contains the bioactive compounds that are great for the skin. It also protects it against harmful UV rays.
Dark chocolate lowers blood and improves its flow.
Dark chocolate does not rot your teeth, on the other hand its cocoa protects them thanks to the antibacterial compounds that inhibit the formation of the plaque.
