Coconut Berry Nicecream :
A great option for breakfast or even as a healthy snack to cool you down on a hot afternoon! Nicecream is usually made with frozen bananas (always make sure you peel them before putting them into the freezer!), but because I’m allergic, I substitute them with coconut milk.
3 frozen bananas (or in my case 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk)
1/2 Cup Mixed Berries
1 Tbsp Agave Nectar
1 Pinch Vanilla Powder
Mix all ingredients in a blender or use a food processor to get the extra creamy consistency!
