½ cup of Olive Oil
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp red pepper
Bunch of Parsley
3 Grated Tomatoes
300 g Zucchini
300 g Green Peas
1 Onion finley choped
3 Cloves Garlic, finely choped
1- Heat the ½ oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, add to it the Grated tomatoes, the 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp red pepper, 3 Cloves Garlic and Parsley, let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
2- In a onther pan, boil water, and add to it rice.
3- After rice is boiled, take another saucepan, put in it Oil, with onions, zucchinis, green peas, salt and pepper, cook them for about 10-15 minutes.
4- Take the calamari, and stuff it with the rice, and let it to cook with the Tomatoes sauce, add to it 1 cup of water, cover it and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
5- Decorate with fresh parsley before serving.
