How to make it Stress Free :
In between your busy routine at work and home just stop, pause, unplug from the external and plug into your inner inexhaustible source with these simple, mindful practices that can be done anywhere.
As you slow down, pause, relax, and breathe your perspective changes. You handle the external situations better. You feel better. Your awareness of Divine consciousness grows. You become truly rich.
Stress Free – Shoulder and neck stretch:
The shoulders accumulate incredible stress. Begin relieving it with this stretch. Clasp your hands behind the head at the base of the skill, with your elbows held back in a fully open position which supporting your neck and head. Inhale slowly and deeply as you bring your elbows toward each other as far as comfortable, to meet in front of the face.
Exhale slowly and deeply as you stretch your elbows back to the open position. With hands remaining clasped, inhale as you stretch your arms directly upward toward full extension overhead. As you raise your arms, move your head backward to look up at your extended, clasped hands. (If you have a cervical neck problem keep your head in normal position without looking backward) while trying to look upward with your eyes to see the back of your interlocked fingers.
Exhale and slowly bring your clasped hands back to the base of your skull. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Feel the energy permeating all through your body and feel the difference in your mind.
Stand firmly with your feet comfortable together and well grounded. Drop your shoulders and arms at your sides. Close your eyes and feel your body fully. Now relax following these steps.
Relax your head. After, Relax all the muscles in your face and feel every cell opening to all the energy in the universe. Also, Relax your shoulders. Move them if necessary and let them drop. Relax your chest and abdomen. Feel your breath moving in and out. Relax your chest and abdomen. Feel your breath moving in and out. Relax your back muscles. Feel your hands and relax them. Relax all muscles in your upper, then lower arms. Wriggle your fingers and feel the energy. Relax your thighs, calf, ankles, and toes and soles. Feel your connection to the infinite energy within and all around you. Breathe in freshness with each inhale to deepen relaxation.
Whenever you can, just sit with your back straight. The tip of your nose and your navel should be aligned. Suggest relaxation to your body starting from the top of your head. Touch every muscle in your face, neck, shoulders, hands, chest, abdomen, thighs, knees, calf, ankles, toes, and the soles of your feet with your mind. Let every cell of your body receive attention, and just drop everything else out of your mind. Then practice abdominal breathing. This is baby breathing. You breathe by inflating and deflating the diaphragm. It helps you to beat stress and it fills you with cosmic energy. This is the first lesson in breathing practices. Learn it well and gradually increase your time of practice.
Take a deep breath and exhale. Relax and release all that you are holding on to into the space of letting go. Just smile, smile, smile. See for yourself, how easy it is to let go your agitation, confusion and restlessness.
Sit quietly, doing nothing. It is easy to do things but most difficult to not do anything!! As the inner silence dawns within the real world opens up.

This observer element is very powerful, for it is engineered by the power of consciousness. The light of consciousness does the miracle of calming the mind. This is mindfulness at its best.
